This End-of-Year celebration was all about rewarding the team after another successful year. Before the event, employees were invited to access my online music portal via a QR code, where they could submit song requests ahead of the night. It was a great way to involve the team before the celebration had even begun, giving me valuable insight into the artists, genres and songs that meant the most to them. By combining those requests with my own crowd reading throughout the evening, I was able to create a soundtrack that felt personal while keeping the energy building from start to finish.
