It was a balmy night on the Yarra, and this crew came ready to celebrate. From the moment guests arrived, you could feel the excitement — a team that had worked hard all year and was now ready to let their hair down and dance the night away.

The venue set the perfect backdrop, with views over the water and a lively atmosphere from start to finish. I played a high-energy mix of party favourites, sing-alongs, commercial hits, and feel-good dance tracks that had the whole team — from execs to interns — getting involved.

What made this night so memorable was how up-for-it everyone was. No coaxing needed — the dancefloor filled quickly and stayed full the whole night. There were spontaneous dance circles, some very enthusiastic air guitar moments, and plenty of end-of-year joy.
